Baba's Yorkies
Purchase Agreement and Health guarantee  
            It is hereby agreed between Jim Crawford on behalf of Baba's Yorkies  (hereinafter  Seller )
    and       __________________________________________________(hereinafter Buyer)as follows:


  1. That seller will sell to buyer a male/female puppy from litter registration number________________________ for the
    purchase price of $________________ with a non-refundable deposit of $___________________. Receipt of said sum is
    hereby acknowledged.
  2. Every effort will be made by (seller) to ensure that the puppy is delivered in a healthy and sound condition. In order to
    facilitate this , there will be an examination of the puppy by a licensed veterinarian prior to delivery of the puppy and the
    buyer will receive a certificate of good health at the same . Once the puppy is shipped (if shipped and not delivered in
    person), the buyer becomes responsible for said puppy. In order to activate the health guarantee as described herein, it
    will be necessary for the buyer to have an examination by a veterinarian at the buyer's expense within seven days of the
    puppy leaving the sellers home and to provide proof of such examination to seller within 14 days of the date of delivery.
  3. If the buyer complies with the veterinarian's examination as set forth in paragraph 1, then the seller guarantees  the puppy
    until 1(one) year of age against  any life threatening congenital defect of the heart, lungs and liver only. If the puppy has a
    life threatening congenital defect, it will be replaced by the seller with the first available puppy of the same value, as soon
    as possible. However the original puppy must be returned to the seller (at the buyer's expense) unharmed and uninjured
    before a new puppy can be delivered. The buyer will pay for the expense of shipping the replacement puppy. In the event
    of death, an autopsy must be performed (at the buyer's expense), by a licensed veterinarian to determine the exact
    cause of death , with tissue samples available to the seller's veterinarian. A copy of the autopsy must then be sent to the
    seller within 7 days of completion of said autopsy.
  4. It is expressly understood that hypoglycemia is excluded from this guarantee. The seller has informed the buyer of the
    signs of hypoglycemia and instructed buyer to call a licensed veterinarian for immediate care. We do not cover luxating
    patella's, descending testicles,hernias, accidents during shipping or allergic reactions. Color, Coat, Size, and weight of
    puppy is only a best guess based on experience , and is not guaranteed.
  5. This guarantee is not assignable and is not valid if the puppy/dog is sold to a third party or if  puppy/dog has been bred
    before the age of 1 (one) year.
  6. The seller may not be held liable for any veterinary expenses after delivery of  puppy, that the buyer incurs, for any cong
  7. Seller's sole liability on the above guarantee shall be limited to replacement  of the puppy of one of equal value from the
    next available litter.In no event will seller be held liable for any medical or legal expenses incurred by buyer. There are no
    refunds.
  8. Other than the guarantee set forth herein, there are no other warranties expressed or implied .
  9. The seller agrees to provide AKC paperwork  to the buyer , so that the buyer may register said puppy.
  10. . All puppies are sold on a limited registration unless prior arrangements are made in writing.

                This is a legally binding document by signing below you have read this  agreement and that you understand all of
    the terms set forth therein and that you are agreeing to them.
